In our Software, IN Out calculate accurately with our some technique. So reduce manual entry at end of month. In other software, if employee does not punch for IN time, actual Out time (i.e: 19:00) fill up as IN time. So need manually correct Out and OT time. If fail in buyer sheet, what will happened you can think…
Provide random time in buyer sheet to reduce confused from buyer. Suppose Out time of an employee is same periodically for 2 days (i.e: 22/5/2013 17:05 and 23/5/2013 17:05). We generate random number with 2 minutes variation in this time (i.e: 22/5/2013 17:05 and 23/5/2013 17:07 or 17:03). Most of the software does not calculate this accurate way.
If not provide the OT for few minutes. Suppose your employee worked for 17:26. He get 30 minute OT if Out time is 17:30. So you are not agree to provide OT for 4 minute less. In this case buyer sheet out time automatically reduce within random 15 minutes (i.e. 17:01 – 17:15) to overcome confusion of the buyer, in our software.
In our software, there are two reports, In-time Missing and Out-time Missing. But in other software, only one sheet; Out time Missing. Because their In-Time miss fill up with Out time.
Buyer sheet automatically fill up with shift time in case of in/out time missing, so reduce manual entry for buyer information.
