Exceptional Issues

• In our Software, IN Out calculate accurately with our some technique. So reduce manual entry at end of month. In other software, if employee does not punch for IN time, actual Out time (i.e: 19:00) fill up as IN time. So need manually correct Out and OT time. If fail in buyer sheet, what will happened you can think…
• Calculate night work. Suppose your employee worked from 8 AM to 2 AM. So he worked, 14 hours. Our software calculates full OT event date change. Because after 12 AM a date has been changed.Most of the software can not calculate after 12 AM. They show the night Out time as IN time for next date. As a result, need manually correction. Another time pass and inaccurate work.
• Provide random time in buyer sheet to reduce confused from buyer. Suppose Out time of an employee is same periodically for 2 days (i.e: 22/5/2013 17:05 and 23/5/2013 17:05). We generate random number with 2 minutes variation in this time (i.e: 22/5/2013 17:05 and 23/5/2013 17:07 or 17:03). Most of the software does not calculate this accurate way.
• If not provide the OT for few minutes. Suppose your employee worked for 17:26. He get 30 minute OT if Out time is 17:30. So you are not agree to provide OT for 4 minute less. In this case buyer sheet out time automatically reduce within random 15 minutes (i.e. 17:01 – 17:15) to overcome confusion of the buyer, in our software.
• In our software, there are two reports, In-time Missing and Out-time Missing. But in other software, only one sheet; Out time Missing. Because their In-Time miss fill up with Out time.
• Buyer sheet automatically fill up with shift time in case of in/out time missing, so reduce manual entry for buyer information.
• Ot deduct option for single day or for full month. Suppose in one day you call a meeting at 17:00 and employee card punch at 18:00.You able to deduct this extra one hour OT for this date section wise or full factory or employee wise. Also possible to adjust holiday with OT deduct from full month.
• Continuous Present and Absent list generate to take decision for any bonus, facility or promotion for worker.
• Four job card in one page with summery information to reduce page cost and print cost.
• Calculate weekday and holiday work report also allowance report for actual calculation.
• Covering day process for political strike, holiday or any other.
• Shift change for strike day.
• Payment reduce for absent days, because there are facility to resign with 2 days. One for Buyer audit another for actual.
