For shared/business packages, if domain name is registered along with hosting account order, the DNS will be changed to our hosting ones automatically. If you purchase hosting for an existing domain which is using Namecheap default DNS or third party DNS, you will need to change to ours manually following the instruction below:

• Sign in to your Namecheap account
• Click on your username – it will be on the black bar located at the top of the page
• Click on Manage Domains and click on the domain you would like to use with our hosting
• Click on Domain Name Server Setup
• Select Use Namecheap Hosting DNS Servers
• Click Save Changes
